Inside the White House: Letters to the President   http://www.whitehouse.gov/video/Inside-the-White-House-Letters-to-the-President/  I didn't realize that President Obama actualy read 10 letters a day that are written to him by us!  Average US citizens (and maybe some illegals too).  But it's pretty impressive to me at least that our President wants to maintain accessability with our county.  I've never thought of writing to the President before, for fear of hassles by the Secret Service.  But now I know he reads and responds to 10 a day, so what the heck.  So now I ponder just what my letter to him might say.

Of course I'd compliment him first off,  maybe acknowledging his recent Nobel Prize.  Then I'd get to the heart of the matter.  In past blog posts here, I've pointed out the President's unusual knack for picking pro-sports winners (even beating the spreads).  So, my first question might be "Mr. President, where and how do you recieve your information on picking winners, like in the Superbowl, Kentucky Derby, ect..?  Then I might ask him if he really likes the 'Chia Obama' , or if he was pressured into saying he liked it (it will be available again this Christmas season).  And finally, I might inquire as to why he picked Joe Biden as VP?  Once again, was it outside pressure?  And will you ever let VP Biden speak again, or did you Presidentialy order him to keep his mouth shut?

That's just me though.  Now that YOU know he reads 10 letters a day, AND writes back,  what would you have to say to the President Of The United States?  1019/09
